Privacy policy

ULM Modern Business Systems is run by Griffin Ulm. The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the booking form, and it is used for one thing: to schedule and hold the call you asked for. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to advertisers.

When you book a call, you give us:

• Your name and email address, which are required to create the meeting and send you the invite.
• Your business name, and its website or social handle.
• Which area you say you need help with, and the problem you describe wanting to solve.
• The time zone your browser reports, so we can show you times that make sense where you are.

Our host also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages people actually read. It sets no cookies, does not follow you from site to site, and reports aggregate numbers only — never anything that identifies you. We run no advertising trackers.

Your details go into the calendar invite for your call and into a notification email to Griffin so he knows the booking happened and can prepare. We may reply to you at the address you gave, about that call. We will not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a booking.

Booking is powered by Google Calendar and Google Meet. When you confirm a time, the site creates an event on Griffin's calendar, generates a Meet link, and asks Google to email you the invitation. Your answers are included on that event so it is useful to both of us.

The Google account this site connects to is Griffin's own. It is used to read free/busy times on his calendar, create the meeting, and send him a notification. You are never asked to sign in to Google, and the site has no access to your Google account.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

• Google — calendar, Meet, and email delivery, as described above.
• Vercel — hosting for this site, and the privacy-friendly page-view counts described above.

That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.

Calendar events and the emails around them stay in Griffin's Google account as an ordinary business record. If you would rather they did not, say so and they will be deleted.

Write to griffin@ulmsystems.com and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Cancelling a call is as simple as replying to the calendar invite.

This is a service for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
